MSC helped structure a refurbishment and planning bridging loan against a corner plot with a 4 bedroom dwelling directly opposite the River Thames.

The deal was structured with an initial bridging facility to acquire the property, a further works facility to fund 100% of the refurbishment works, and a facility long enough to establish a planning outcome for a second dwelling on the site.
