bedroom and 1 x 2 bedroom self contained flats together with off street parking.

Following completion, we arranged a facility to refinance the existing development lender and release additional capital to support their next project.

The funding was structured on a 20-year term with a non-bank lender on a five-year fixed rate, providing both stability and flexibility for the client’s ongoing growth strategy.
