Mortimer Street Capital is a specialist real estate debt advisory firm, providing tailored finance and insurance solutions to property investors, developers, and business owners. We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Partnership Manager to lead and grow our network of strategic alliances across the professional services sector.
This role is about building meaningful relationships with firms – such as estate agents, law practices, architects, and accountancy firms – who wish to enhance their client offering by partnering with a trusted advisory platform in property finance and insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with professional service firms that serve real estate clients (e.g. agents, legal firms, architects, accountants, IFAs)
- Position Mortimer Street Capital as a value-adding partner for finance and insurance advisory services within their existing client base
- Build and execute a partnership strategy that drives referrals, co-branded opportunities, and shared client success
- Train and support partner firms to identify client needs and introduce relevant funding or insurance conversations
- Act as a relationship owner, ensuring consistent engagement, communication, and visibility with partner networks
- Collaborate with internal finance and insurance teams to align partner-sourced leads with appropriate solutions
- Track performance metrics and report on partnership activity, pipeline, and revenue contribution
- Represent the firm at industry events, networking forums, and partner-hosted seminars
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or relationship management—ideally within financial services, insurance, or real estate
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to articulate value propositions to senior professionals
- An existing network within legal, accounting, agency, or property-related sectors (advantageous)
- Confident communicator and presenter, able to build rapport and trust quickly
- Proactive, target-driven, and organised with strong follow-through
- Experience or understanding of property finance, development funding, or insurance is a plus

Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in agency, property finance, commercial lending, or development funding ideal but not essential
- Strong understanding of structuring debt for developers, landlords, and owner-occupiers
- A network of professional contacts and a commercial, client-first mindset
- Ability to manage complex transactions and maintain momentum across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
